Returning merchandise to a store is a part of the customer service process. Generally, you can get a refund forms for the payment you originally made, an exchange for another item, or store credit. Return slip labels are made available to staff, upon acceptance of the articles' returns, from the PresChrisForYou store, then simply returning the packages to the same postal package receiver.

At Preschrisforyou, our return policy specifies the conditions under which products have to return, new, unworn, and not damaged. If you fail to meet these conditions, the company will have to take a loss on the returned merchandise. Ideally, the product should be in its original packaging, unopened.
Our company requires that you have a receipt of the returns slips, which requires proof of purchase.
Simply with the screenshot of a mobile device or from the email address and phone number used for the purchase.
Please follow our returns process as soon as possible it will help staff deal with your request more effectively.

When sending back your products, we advise our customer to take great care to prevent any new damage through the post. A full refund will be offered back to you or a store credits voucher upon customer request when returning merchandise.
